Help keep Small Point strong!

Welcome to the Small Point Operating Company’s online payments and contributions hub, an easy, convenient, and secure way for SPOC shareholders to pay their annual dues and for all Small Pointers to support our community through voluntary contributions.

SPOC runs on a shoestring. While our recent dues increase has put us on stronger financial footing, dues alone cannot cover the costs of vital improvements like an accessible path to Little Beach, a new sprinkler system for the tennis courts, or replacement of the community dock floats.

To better prepare us for those inevitable expenses, and others, we are asking Small Pointers to make contributions in addition to their dues if they are active users of the waterfront or the tennis and pickleball courts (our two highest operational expenses) and if they offer their homes for summer rentals.

All contributions will flow directly to a dedicated fund to support the operation and improvements of Small Point community resources.

Waterfront

If you have a sailboat or motorboat moored in the Harbor, or small craft at the Association float, please consider a contribution of $100 per vessel, per season.

Tennis and Pickleball

If you or your family or guests are active users of Small Point’s racquet sports courts, we encourage you to help defray our ongoing maintenance costs by making a contribution of $50 per player, per season.

Rentals

If you have paying guests occupying your home for part of the summer season, we suggest a contribution of $75 per week for the rental period.

Maybe you’re feeling generous and you’d just like to make a donation! We would be deeply appreciative, and we can assure you that every penny of every contribution we receive goes directly to support this place we all love. SPOC is a zero overhead enterprise!

SPOC Dues

To pay your annual shareholder dues using a credit or debit card, please click here. The current dues are $950 per assessment. (Some shareholders pay multiple assessments because they have more than one “house” on their property.)
